Frequently Asked Questions

Question = Do i have to pay the full amount of my order all at once.

​

Answer = No you don't have to pay for your Portrait order all at once. You put 25% down and 25% every week or two weeks while your Portrait Painting is being done. Your balance needs to be payed off before delivery of your order. 

 

Question = Can i get Credit for my order.

​

Answer = Yes you can get Credit only for Projects Four & Five. To get this credit you need to put down 50% on your order and payments of $53.00 dollars a month until your order is payed off.  You will be billed monthly.

Question = Do you do Portraits Live or from a Photograph.

​

Answer = All Portraits are done from a clear close face shot from a photograph. Clients don't have the time to sit for hours and hours and in some cases days. It's inconvenient and time consuming. 

​

Question = I checked around, all other Artist do not include a frame and Matt. Do you include a frame with the order.

​

Answer = When you make and order with us, Portrait Designz, we include a Lightweight Contemporary Black Frame & Matt. If you want another style type frame i can produce that but there will be an added charge because different styles are more expensive.

Question = I have multiple pictures, can you do it from them.

​

Answer = Yes, If you have eight photos, i can take each person from each photo and place everyone in the right position in the Portrait Painting, also you may have someone who has pasted away like Grandma or Granddad and insert them into the portrait Painting.

Question = My photo is black & white but i want my Portrait Painting done in Color. Can you do the Portrait Painting in Color.

​

Answer = Yes, I can take your black & white photo and make it a Color portrait painting but to do these type of paintings i would need either another color photo of that person to get the skin color correct to get the best likeless.

Question = Is shipping included in the price of the Portrait Painting.

​

Answer = No, shipping is not included. All portraits are shipped United States Postal & UPS. Each size has it's own shipping charge on the check out page. add it to your total when you check out.

Question = Do i need a Paypal account to Donate or make an order.

​

Answer = No, you don't need a paypal account, you can use a Debit, Visa, Mastercard & Discover Cards.  It takes 2 minutes to do the transaction to donate and make a order.

Question = Can i get a refund on a Deposit made on a order.

​

Answer = When you make an order a deposit is needed to start the order. If the order was started and materials was used, then you can not get a deposit. NO Refunds on deposits.

Question = Can i get a Refund on a finished Portrait Painting.

​

Answer = No, you can not get a Refund on a finished Portrait Painting

You can only get the portrait re-done or corrected once. The reason there are NO refunds is because materials are purchased and used. We use only the best materials which are very expensive.

Question = Can i combine Gift Certificates together to add up to the total amount of the price of the Portrait i want to order.

​

Answer = NO you can not combine your Gift Cards together to equal the same amount of your order. (NOTE) Gift Cards are only for the purchase of a Portrait Painting.  You can not use gift certificates for shipping cost. Gift Certificates are not transferable to Cash, ONLY PURCHASE. One gift card used for one order. 

​

Question = Is my Donation Tax deductible.

​

Answer = Yes, your donation is Tax deductible at the end

of the year. you will get a receipt via email about your donation.

Question = Does the Portrait come with hardware to hang up.

​

Answer = The Portrait has hardware on the back of the portrait painting but doesn't come with the hardware that goes in the wall. you have to purchase that at any Wal-mart, Walgreens, Hardware store or Target stores. Home Depo has hardware also. The cost: about $ 3 up to 5 dollars. (NOTE) Projects one up to three can be hung with two brackets. Projects four and five need two brackets in the wall to hold the weight.
